Lee Holt, relocated to the Eastern Shore from the Chadds Ford area of Pennsylvania. He had a corporate career of over 25 years in the chemical industry in Wilmington, Delaware. Lee, who has had a variety of construction experience, became a project manager for Ilex Construction and managed the construction of several large waterfront homes in the area. He is an enthusiastic sailor, enjoys tennis and golf, and resides in Bozman, Maryland. |

Alex Fountain founded the firm in 1975 and expanded the partnership, adding Doug and Lee, in 2007. Roots run deep in Alex's family in regard to real estate in the region. In 1912, his granfather, along with former real estate broker Frank Bartlett's grandfather, created Doncaster,one of the first developments in Talbot County. |

Bill Neary has been involved with regional as well as national real estate affairs since moving to the Eastern Shore in 1987. Bill was president of what is now known as the Midshore Board of Realtors in 1995. In 2002 he became President of the Maryland Association of Realtors. Bill has been involved with the National Association of Realtors since 1991 and is a two term director. He is currently Regional Vice President of Region 6. Bill has deep expertise in the real estate field, both as a practitioner and administrator. Bill and his wife Ann, a professor of nursing at Chesapeake College reside at the Easton Club. |
